Raylene works at the intersection of Indigenous rights, governance, and institutional accountability.

She brings executive and board-level experience advising corporations, governments, and institutional investors on complex governance, risk, and disclosure issues that materially affect Indigenous Peoples and communities.

Her career spans senior roles in professional services, energy, and finance, including serving as an equity partner with one of the Big Four, alongside leadership roles on international projects and public company boards. She advises corporates, asset managers, and Indigenous organizations on governance, risk, and disclosure, with a focus on matters involving Indigenous rights and decision-making authority.

Since returning to Canada in 2019, Raylene has chaired and served on governance bodies influencing how institutions engage with Indigenous rights and jurisdiction. She continues to advise boards and executives on strengthening governance, accountability, and strategic alignment with Indigenous rights and interests.
